Booking & Cancellation Policy

DJ Clinic respect that your time is valuable, and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. If appointments are cancelled or rescheduled at short notice, or if you do not attend an appointment, this means we are unable to re-use that time for other patients. 

A non-refundable booking fee of £40 is required to book an appointment at DJ Clinic. 

A booking fee will be taken when booking any treatment or consultation. This will be deducted from your bill for the relevant treatment. The booking fee will be refunded if no treatment is required or able to be carried out due to medical grounds.

Patients who have scheduled an appointment but need to cancel or rearrange for a later date are required to give a minimum of 48 hours notice. A booking fee will not be refunded if appointments are not cancelled 48 hours in advance. 

Consultation fees will be refunded up to 48 hours prior to the appointment. 

The booking fee can be paid via bank transfer, PayPal or alternatively; we can text/email a link allowing you to pay using your bank card. Cash deposits are not encouraged at this time due to COVID-19, as we are unable to allow customers into the clinic without an appointment. 

Please note, we are unable to confirm your appointment until a booking fee has been received. Your slot will be reserved for 24 hours before being offered to the next customer after that time. 

DJ Clinic will not provide refunds on treatments delivered in good faith or refunds on treatments if the patient has had an adverse reaction to any product
